This is a hot fix for this product. There are no new features or functionality in this release of Collaboration Common.

Corrections and Modifications

This release includes the following corrections or modifications:


A Flash video call now ends correctly on the customer side regardless of who ends the call—the customer or the agent. Previously, when the agent ended a video call, the customer did not receive notification that the call ended, and the customer's local video was still visible. (GVG-566)


Audio from the browser is no longer garbled in a Flash call. Previously, the audio could become garbled when multiple microphones were active and Tech-Check was used to select a microphone other than the default. (GVG-424)
